This is awesome and hilarious, at least to me it is. First thing I have to comment on is that I honestly had no idea that it wasn't proper to "drag" a female against her will to a room and then to have guards stop her cock-blocking biotches from interfering. I thought that was being called a wingman (worst thing I've said all year, even if it is a joke).
So obviously some super shady stuff went down in the bathroom that evening, but the thing that troubles me the most is that the "bodyguards" were taking peoples phones and cameras and deleting photos of Big Ben. That's our freedom mother fuckers! Don't fuck with our freedoms.

I'm a super-skeptic, especially about issues like these where people cry rape. Michael Jackson, Kobe, Michael Jackson again... Too many of these issues are settled out of court, and my personal opinion is that if a criminal activity actually occurred, the victim should pursue the criminal punishment and sentence, because it shouldn't be about the money. It shouldn't be. I understand that my opinion has it's flaws, but for MY arguments sake I will ignore those for now and ever, but what intrigues me the most about this situation is that there seems to be so much evidence (albeit hearsay) yet the victim's council stated that the reasoning for dropping the case was that a rape probe would be "a very intrusive experience".
Considering this victim was supposedly wearing a DTF necklace ("down to fuck"), and was hammered, my thinking is that even if Ben did truly have sex with her against her wishes, perhaps she had multiple encounters with other dudes that evening with consent. My question is, "where is the physical evidence". The victim's lawyers called off the rape probe after 12 days, but if everything was followed up on properly the cops should have taken "specimen" THAT NIGHT.
Side Note: "I'm not down to fuck, but I like to fuck girls", man, what an idiot. Worst game ever, no wonder he needs to drag girls against their will like a caveman...
Another option is that instead of her saying "No, don't have sex with me", perhaps she said "No, they'll be able to hear us". The more time this goes on, the more accounts you have, and now with these police reports it appears that Ben can't deny that uglies were bumped. It is highly suspect that the victim would be resisting Ben and no one notice that something was wrong except her close friends who tried to get into the bathroom. Personally, I can barely copulate successfully with complete assistance from the woman, I couldn't imagine being able to with a drunken hoo-ah writhing around on a bathroom floor with whiskey-dick.
Best piece of information: "All my bitches, take some shots." I would bet my life savings they drank those roofie coolatta's. If you took that bet, you owe me $32.79.
BuDa-verdict: Ben banged her, she was all about it. She was being "dragged" and was like "oh my god, where are you taking me" like a coy fucking slut. Her friends (sorority sisters) were like, "Oh my god, Alex! What are you doing! Haha, stop... she just went to the bathroom with that quarterback... I know right..." The jealous friend was pissed about the attention and told the cops, they convinced the "victim" she could get cash out of the deal, the lawyer eventually convinced her that there would be a ridiculous character investigation because Ben could afford it and it would come to light the kind of coke-skank she was - also probably that she nailed like 9 other dudes that night. See? Was that so difficult. Should make a movie about me called BuDaLock Holmes.
