I'm honestly sick of all of this "Tiger-talk". It's ridiculous. He doesn't want to say anything about an accident he had right outside his home, whatever, that's fine.
I have no idea how the Florida Highway Patrol got involved. I've seen the aerial shots of Tiger's house (and Wesley Snipes next to his), and that ain't no damn highway. Unless there's a way station right next to it, I'm pretty sure this is out of their jurisdiction. Also, they've been watching too many CSI shows, because I doubt the FHP is qualified to identify whether Tiger's injuries were the cause of a car accident or blunt force trauma from a wife weilding a 5-iron.
It's not our business to know what happened, especially if Tiger Woods doesn't want to divulge the information, and beyond that, he's not pressing charges against his wife, so even if the Florida Highway Patrol can legally subpoena his medical records, it's being done because of their own agenda. There was no way in hell I would ever google "Florida Highway Patrol" if it weren't for this incident - the FHP know this and they're milking it for all that it's worth. Disgusting.
Seriously - ESPN has become TMZ, but better (or worse, depending on your point of view). ESPN has the money, but they have Favre-CAMs, and aerial coverage of Brett taking a dump, and aerial coverage of Tiger Woods house showing the pole he hit 20 feet away from his driveway (not even), and guerrilla coverage on the ground. It's absurd. What he did in the privacy of his own property prior to the events of him leaving his property and getting into an accident are not our business, and the media shouldn't be assuming anything, let alone going fishing for answers that would benefit their own personal agendas.
