A centaur is a mythological creature which is half-man, half-horse (not half-pig). Allegedly Alex Rodriguez has a portait of his likeness in the form of a centaur above his bed.
This doesn't really offend me so much. I say go for it A-Rod! As long as you are hitting (both baseball's and Kate Hudson) you can do whatever you want. Go ahead and give your hot actress girlfriend some art to look at while she saddles up bareback.
Get it - because of the half-horse thing...
