NOT COOL

Seriously.  Not cool.  Jasper Howard, murdered this past week at the University of Connecticut after a homecoming game and festivities had witnesses to his murder, but they're being threatened with violence if they come forward.

Check it out.

My question is: WHO?  Who is threatening with violence?  A gang?  The mob?  A gang/mob combination?  Bloods, Crypts?  Was Howard involved in more than just football?


Probably.  The chances are probably very good he was a CIA agent and this is a Communist attempt.  Fidel Castro's at it again.  I heard there was supposedly a second stab-man on the concretey-pad...

Unfortunately this is probably over something as stupid as a girl, or someone looked at someone in a wrong way.  Again, not cool, and it was probably too soon to make jokes, but hey, that's what I do when I'm uncomfortable.  Either that or inhale through my teeth and say "Yeeaaaahhhhh....", and then try to slink out the back of the room without being noticed.  Works like 15% of the time.

The issue is that police can't do their jobs.  They can't protect citizens let alone witnesses, but they can hand out a moving violation like it's hot!  If that is their charge, then forget the basic training and work on penmanship.
