BuDaBro With The BOLD Claims

So as I am watching the Yankees get shalacked in the early (and middle) innings of ALCS Game 5, my brother has turned on Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon.

Great '70s movie - hilarious and ridiculous.  My brother made the claim that Bruce Lee was the inventor of modern day Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), which seems like a plausible claim.  It stops there.  He also claimed Bruce Lee invented nunchucks.  Nice try BuDaBro!  More like 17th Century, not 1970 something...

Next claim that made me write this article was that he claimed Bruce Lee invented the MMA technique of the armbar.  This sounds implausible... Let's do some Google Research...

Awesomely enough, when doing some Google Research for "armbar submission", this is the first thing to pop up.  Thanks Bruce Lee, thank you so much.

When I finally managed to meander away from this image and find some WIKI information about the armbar, I found no reference to Bruce Lee as it's creator/inventor.  Please comment if you find something...

And do yourself a favor and do some Google Research for "armbar submission"...
